Just Hummus

All of our hummus is made by hand in Medford, MA every Tuesday morning by our incredible team. Each team member arrives into the kitchen at 4am after soaking the chickpeas overnight to begin the long process of grinding up the chickpeas, juicing lemons, and preparing all of the ingredients necessary for our signature flavors.
